As we all know, the difference in chemical elements results in P92 steel pipe having better physical properties. P91 steel pipe has high temperature creep rupture strength. The strength of P92 steel pipe at room temperature and high temperature is higher than that of P91 steel pipe. The high temperature strength of P92 steel pipe at 590-650 is the same as TP347H steel, and its high temperature creep performance is more than 30% higher than that of P91 steel pipe.
According to the ASME standard, the creep rupture strength of P92 steel pipe is 199 Mpa, 131 Mpa and 101 Mpa when tested at different temperatures of 550℃, 600℃ and 625℃ and 100,000 hours.
The creep rupture strength of P91 steel pipe at the corresponding temperature is 141MPa, 98MPa and 68MPa respectively. At the same time, P92 steel pipe has lower welding crack sensitivity. The crack rate of P91 steel is zero when preheated to 180℃, the crack rate of P92 steel pipe is preheated to 100℃, and the crack rate of P2 steel pipe is only preheated to 300℃.
