The main difference between ASTM A53 seamless steel pipe and structural seamless steel pipes is that the fluid seamless steel pipes are subjected to hydraulic tests one by one, or ultrasonic, eddy current, and magnetic flux leakage testing. Therefore, in the standard selection of pressure pipeline steel pipes, fluid seamless steel pipes should not be used, and ASTM A53 seamless steel pipe should be selected.
