First, Sulfuric acid: diluted to about 20% of the concentration, heating to 60-65 degrees, generally wash the A519 4140 seamless steel pipe about 20-30 minutes;
Second, Hydrochloric acid: also diluted to about 20% of the concentration, direct room temperature pickling, generally wash 20-30 minutes;
Then, After pickling, rinse immediately, neutralize immediately. If rust-proof, but also passivation treatment.
