Heat treatment of 25CrMo4 seamless steel tube: heating temperature of 1100~850 ℃;
Annealing/normalizing temperature: 680-730 ℃; hardness: 217 HBW after annealing;
25CrMo4 seamless steel tube quenching temperature 880~920℃, oil or air cooling, tempering temperature 620-650℃;
Or quenching temperature 880℃, water-cooled or oil-cooled, tempering temperature 500 ℃, water-cooled or oil-cooled;
The carburizing temperature of 25CrMo4 seamless steel tube is 900~950 ℃.
25CrMo4 seamless steel tube delivery: heat treatment (normalizing, annealing or tempering at high temperature) or no heat treatment delivery.
